Launch Your Teaching Career in the United States
CrossBorder Career Solutions guides qualified international educators through every step — from application and credential evaluation to J-1 visa coordination and your first day in the classroom.
A Partner Who Puts Teachers First
We know that moving to a new country to teach is one of the biggest decisions of your career. We're here to make it as smooth, supported, and rewarding as possible.
Flexible Placement Fee Payment Plan
Our placement service fee for teachers is $3,490. To make the payment more manageable, the fee is divided into five (5) monthly installments. Payments will begin one month after the teacher arrives in the United States, allowing time to settle in before the first payment is due. There is no upfront payment of the full placement fee required before arrival.
End-to-End Guidance
From your initial application to the successful completion of your teaching contract, CrossBorder Career Solutions, LLC is with you every step of the way. We provide end-to-end guidance and support, including application screening, resume preparation, school matching, interview preparation, job placement, J-1 visa sponsor coordination, document and pre-departure guidance, relocation and arrival assistance, onboarding, Social Security and banking guidance, professional development, and ongoing support as you adjust to living and teaching in the United States. Our commitment doesn’t end when you arrive—we remain a trusted resource throughout your U.S. teaching journey.
Dedicated Advocate
You'll have a personal point of contact who knows your situation, answers your questions, and advocates for your interests throughout the entire process.
